Here are some photos from our recent family vacay (sans Nate) to florida.
As far as spring break trips go, this one was rather tame. There were no wet t-shirt contests, late night foam parties or Minor in Possesion's administered. (Though, I did witness some underage drinking...)
The cocktail of the trip was Ina Garten's "Pink Grapefruit Margaritas." I highly recommend them. They are very easy to make and aren't too sugary or syrupy. Very fresh and festive...
Recipe:
1 lime, cut in wedges, optional
Kosher salt, optional
1 cup ruby red grapefruit juice
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (4 limes)
1 cup orange liqueur, such a triple sec
2 cups ice
1 cup white tequila
